All my teeth gone. I was glamored by their kindness, and gaslighted into believing that my smile was also about my health.

I have been on this journey since November 2021. Facebook group is now opened. Clear choice truths. I'm very leary, because my process is not finished.

I'm depressed, I have no energy. Clear choice took my money, my smile and my spirit.

Worst decision of my life.

To start I did plenty of research and came to a designation to go with Clear Choice. I wished there were more reviews on the area I was having my procedure done.

I am a 53-year-old man with bad teeth besides that healthy. I went to the Rocky hill, Ct office. The first issue I had was the finance company put me through the ringer on trying to pay off the loan. A big run around and no department talks to the other.

This cost me 500 dollars more than it should have. Then during the surgery they didn't keep up with the suction and I swallowed during the surgery, and they drilled under my tongue and needed to stitch me up. They were worried about my gland under my tongue. It is fine, but my tongue still doesn't have the same motion it uses too.

Then it was like pulling teeth to get a reminder that you have an appointment. Once I got a reminder that I had an appointment coming up. I get an email text and three phone call for my car. I guess 41,000 dollars isn't enough to spend for a reminder.

During all this, I had no issues from healing. Now I am on my fifth visit and still need to come back in another month. Not the advertisement that they tell you. Now it is time for my final teeth jump for joy.

I am going to have my new teeth in for Thanksgiving. I only started in May. They fit my teeth and take X-rays, and then I hear, this isn't your final teeth we have you with the platinum teeth correct? I said no, I went with the hybrid ones.

The doctor said, oh are you sure it wasn't the other ones. Then decided to pitch me how the ones I wanted are probably going to break, and the other ones are better. In my last appointment, I was told that my next visit will be my final. What a lie.

Now it is January of 22, and I have my final teeth in. The issues I talked about all through this process still wasn't fixed. I asked for my starter teeth and my molds and then left. Do yourself a favor and make sure that you review where you are having the work done.

The Clear Choice way isn't the best way. Talk to a local dentist and implant specialist near you that may have a better solution for what you are looking and needing. After looking at the teeth in a mirror at my house tonight, The quality of the lines and the teeth are not worth the money I spent on them!!!

There are many other issues that I just couldn't put down, for it would be a novel. Bottom line, make sure that you are 1000 percent that this is what.

Did I read that correctly? $41,000?

Including or before interest from a third party finance company? Yikes. I'd also like to see what you signed regarding surgical episodes (the damage to your tongue). The bait-and-switch to 'platinum' was egregious if that was the first time they mentioned it.

They should certainly have informed you regarding all available choices prior to the onset of the first treatment visit. Doing so under duress, compromise, or anesthetic is unacceptable. At least you really make an effort to help yourself regardless of the bumpy road and for that you are to be admired.

Unhappily, in this time and place there are not yet any perfect solutions to tooth replacement. Persons not performing to advertised expectations make it less perfect still.

I went there for the G4 implant consultation. One of my crown fail off suddenly during the consultation. I spend 3 hours there no time to go to a different dentist to put back my crown, they refuse to glue it back with a reason that is not possible to be glued back, and it better to have my implant surgery asap. I was thinking to have my implants there, but after they refuse and lied to me, *** no! I had to look for a dentist last minute to put my crown back and it was so easy to glue it back. Conclusion how can i trust someone lied to me?.

Clear Choice - I was shown a model of what they could do for after I went the first time and...
They put me to sleep and went downstairs to make the mold and placed them in, I started to cry and said I didnt want dentures. The plastic was on the upper and lower roof of my mouth, they said they had to because I didnt have strong bone. When they had just removed 8 implants that I originally had in. I was so adenine about what I wanted. I have such anxiety I sometimes take Zambezi because I cant breath

Constantly having teeth to break or chip. Had a repair about 5 months ago and going tomorrow to have that same repair done again. About eight visit for repairs in nine years. First 2 years were great!

Constantly breaking teeth. Constant returns for repairs. Not willing to live up to terms of agreement.High cost of repairs. I am a senior citizen and I have to get my daughter involved with every visit to get results. These teeth are not designed to last they are designed to keep you coming back. Going back tomorrow for a broken tooth that was repaired 5 months ago. They had wanted $1,000 for this repair even though I had a plan to cover it. Had to call my daughter to get them to honor it and it has broken again already. Had to wait for hours and had to get receptionist to speak to these people to get them to finish the procedure.

False advertising

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Had my consultation at clear choice in Riverside CA in June 2021. David was my go to guy there. I needed help bad because my missing teeth all over my mouth. Long story short. They needed the money up front. They quoted me 51,000 and a deposit of 6000 that day. I had no clue it was going to cost me this much. I'm at the point of giving up and just staying like this until I expire because of this price of implants. So they never got back to me with other options. They basically just said NOPE you don't have the money so there's nothing we can help you with. Mind you, I live in Lancaster CA. I drove all the way to Riverside CA just to get shot down. Boo for clear choice.

But this is clearly about the pricing they have told you upfront. I am not sure I understand why Clearchoice is to blame here, unless you're saying they told you one price and went with another, sort of bait and switch. Could you please clarify?

Unable to get satisfaction for 64 K worth of work

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Original review Sep 27, 2021

In 2018 I started my upper and lower implants to the tune of 65k. I had worn upper dentures for years so I had quit a bit of bone loss.

They did all the x-rays and scans and determined I was a candidate for full upper and lower implants. The uppers would have titanium rods that extend up into the cheek bone on both cheeks. I went to clear choice a few months after my surgery with the left side if my face really swollen. They called in a antibiotic and sent me home.

The infection got worse. I made an emergency appointment with a local dentist who immediately called the hospital and meet me over there for admittance. I was put on a regiment of IV antibiotics and was there for 4 days. Fast forward to today.

I have had a failed implant. They did surgery and removed the implant and placed another implant in and gave me back my temporary uppers with the back cut off just in front if the implant. In the mean time I have been back 4 times because the abutments fail causing the plate to rock and snap. On one occasion they all snapped allowing the teeth to come out.

They decided to change out the abutments to Nobel abutments. Last month I went in for my impressions for my 2nd set of zirconia teeth. I went in last week to try on the wax ones and they looked great. So they scheduled me for the permanent ones on October 17th.

Today is Monday September 28th. Yesterday morning I was eating a Pillsbury toaster strudel and an abutment just snapped. The upper plate is shifting and snapping with every bite I eat. I called Clear Choice Chandler,Arizona at 7:30 am.

I told the girl the problem. She said the earliest I could get in was October 7th. I told her I can't continue like this until October 7th. She said she'd talk to the dentist and call me back.

I never received a call, email, text ..nothing.

I truly believe the rods in my check was a bad call. I think bone grafting was necessary for a successful implant. I questioned them about that back in 2018 and was assured it would not be necessary. I was sold a set of teeth that they said were as strong as my permanent teeth were.

Could eat anything. Well I've been eating soft food and wearing my night guard every night. So it's going on 4 years and I still don't have what I was promised and paid 64k for.. to top it off they won't even get me in to fix the broken abutment.

There has to be a reason for them to keep breaking..this just can't be the norm. I'm seriously considering legal action. I have been through *** for almost 4 years. Enough is enough.

If anyone has any suggestions please reach out to me at mboehmer@***.com Thanks for reading my venting.

P.S. I also paid 55K for my daughter's upper and lower implants and she has had no problems like mine.

Beyond upset

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I cant believe that after having shelled out close to 50,000 ... I would be here today.

The commercials make it seem so simple, a full set of teeth in a single day! They all say. Youll never look back once the teeth you have give you confidence....etc blah blah blah. Well, let me tell you, two months post op-and Im eating WORSE than when I had NO BACK TEETH AT ALL.

Before coming to Clearchoice, I only had my front teeth left. Although they were straight and whatnot, they were on the *** of destruction due to bad genetics. I wanted to be proactive since I was already having such trouble eating and my smile is so very important to me. I take pride in my body, and self.

I had a procedure done in 2007 which requires me to chew my food to tiny little pieces. As you can imagine, this is nearly impossible when you have no back teeth. Sometimes Id swallow the food when it was still too large and it would lodge in my throat and often I risked choking to death. Many times, Id barely get the food down, only to have it come back up ten minutes later, gagging me and making me sick from the experience.

This played a part in my teeths deterioration because of the stomach acids which would accompany the food I often choked back up. Keeping food down became an actual chore. Eating no longer was something I care to do often, if ever. Before I knew it, I found myself just avoiding meals all together.

Inadvertently, I was starving myself. I tried tackling the dental problem through my insurance the past two years and had over 20 root canals and crowns down and practically spent every waking minute at the dentist office. The last two years were spent in a dentist chair getting drilled on for up to three and a half hours at a time. Eventually, I actually looked forward to my visits because each time I left, I did so feeling better than before.

It was a small step closer to having what I hoped would someday be perfect teeth. Unfortunately, That dream would never come to pass. I wound up here, and I should have waited longer because the money my father spent feels wasted. Fifty fing grand!

And at that insane price, youd think it would come with at least SOME perks. I have never had a worse sedated surgery in my life. And I have had a few massive/serious surgeries. What is even worse, Im now two months post op-and I cant talk right still, I constantly bite my tongue and inner cheeks and my mouth is always sore/swollen and bleeding.

People cant understand me when I talk. Ever. I always have to repeat myself and when I do, I often bite my tongue because I have a massive overbite from them screwing in the temporary teeth wrong. At least thats how I feel because surely, they wouldnt have done this on purpose?!?

(Could they really have Given me an over-bite....intentionally? No way!) before I avoided talking to people out of fear they would see my missing back teeth. Now I avoid it because I sound like I have a speech impediment and it hurts like *** each time I bite down on my mouth/cheeks/tongue. Its never been able to heal and is in a state of constant swole.

I know that a mistake has been made. And since my permanent teeth have not been finished yet, Ill be damned if Im going to talk to the office myself. Thats all I need is to *** them off while theyre making my permanent grill! Ya right.

I should be happy and smiling. Instead Im crying and miserable and in agony. I have no medication for the pain. Ive been left to suffer now because its going on the third month now.

Like this is even fair!!?! The money I could have spent somewhere else where they guarantee my satisfaction! Seriously, those places DO EXIST! And if youre not stuck like I am, do yourself a favor and look for a place that backs their work.

I would not recommend this place because I have been totally traumatized by what all they did to me. Especially during the procedure, and I wont even get into that right now, I dont want to scare anyone by mentioning what all goes down, when they work on you. And at the very least, when a customer tries to reach out, it shouldnt be like pulling teeth to get a hold of a manager! Ive been trying for months and no one seems to care to respond to an email or call.

If managers are reading this, someone high up on that corporate ladder-I want to speak to you regarding my terrible experience because you seriously need to know what all went down, what all I went through and you need to be made aware so that no one else has to suffer the eta I have been forced to suffer these past few months during what should have been an experience full of thankfulness for having the teeth/full set to chew with-and sure, of course any surgery is going to be uncomfortable, painful, whatever-but the type of pain that should be felt is the kind that lessens daily, certainly mostly gone by the three month mark -and while its a somewhat painful experience....the silver lining should always bring (mostly) gratifying feelings...- leaving behind a notion that can only be described as totally worth the pain, &;;;;;;;;;;;; an almost relieved, varying and a sort of settled set/array of emotions. This is nowhere near settled, and Im almost frightened to see what lies ahead for me in regards to my dental fortune.

Extracting all the teeth and removing so much good bone is a very radical solution and should be done rarely. When you go to someone whose only tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Agreed 100% Nothing was as I was told. I was told my temporaries would last at least one year and at that time I could make financial arrangements for the permanent set. After 3 months of healing. and a few weeks learning to chew, My teeth cracked and broke eventually in two different places. They were not aligned properly from the beginning and I tried to express this to them. Even after their own staff commented they needed to be redone. They would patch the same ones and slap them back in , only to break within a week, then it would take at least 2 weeks to get back in, then Covid. I made 6 trips for broken repairs only to break with in a week or two. They never once tried to remake and realign with a new set them right so I never got a full years, not to mention much past 6 months use of the temporaries as was clearly indicated in the contract. Oh yes, I was told they were show teeth, however, I was 46 years old and only eating one meal a day and was super cautious. I tried to remedy this situation with them and they would only make changes with more money. So I have suffered with broken teeth, unable to work, go to social events not to mention driving 2 hours for each trip. I just now today went to another location for a new temporary set which I had already begin making payments for months before my new temporary set was ready. Still paying for the botched set from Clear Choice! I have never felt so broken, I have missed holidays, birthdays and so many opportunities for work and all they could offer me was to pay more money beyond the 35K. I hope people do their research this place is deceptive in their practice and I pray we can stop this evil in our world. vickiejhatcher@***.com

Clear Choice refuses to make it right. They tell you the morning they pull your teeth that you may have another option.

When I told they center that they shouldve pulled my teeth they commented "wel the dr wouldntve pulled all of your teeth is they were good", I said I thought my teeth were going to look like the model you have in each exam room I was told "those are perfect teeth youll never have those.". i called corporate i called the district manager (i found nobody tells you that.) She didnt do a thing. i used to watch the ads for clear choice in the middle of the night when i couldnt sleep now its like I am waking from a nightmare thats real. I am so sad.

I take more pills and my life sucks.

This is rediculouis. I want a refund to go somewhere else.
