I am also dealing with clear Choice. They also pulled all of my teeth out at the top.

In October - 2018 a tooth came off in front next to my two front teeth. They repaired it, replaced it again and it still isn't right. They also made changes because I can no longer see the expensive titanium bar and the top of my roof is not covered as much as it was. The physician tried to placate me andsay Nothing was changed.

After insisting she checked with the technician and he did make a change!

I was in the office the whole time and if changes were being made, I should have been consulted and explaind why they wanted the change and let me make the decision. There is more but I do not know if they removed the titanium bar or not.

All teeth removed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Approximately 13 years ago I went to clear choice since my bridge could not be fixed On my upper teeth. I told them I was fed up with my teeth situation a,d told them I would be so great if I had no teeth, so they then agreed and told me I could have all my teeth removed upper and lower and have implants’ unethical yes, because even if I had begged for this it should not have materialized, but it did.

The pain and the break of the temporary implants and losing work since I had been told it Would take weeks not a year. I became bankrupt since this had cost so far over 40000 dollars’ but when the permanent teeth were put in, I still went through *** outcome being I had to go through the whole procedure again after only 2 or 3 years . For a while after having this work redone in Dallas but initially in Austin. All seemed fine until I went to Las Vegas and informed me I had been grinding my teeth and I should have them redone.

They convinced me to do so and if I had not, may not have received treatment for the pain I was going through . However after one week due to a gap on the lower food would run down and this is hard to explain but resulted in not being able to clean the implants. I phone Las Vegas and they told me I had to wait at least 6 to 8 weeks for the new implants to settle. They did not and by then I had moved to Texas where I went and saw the doctor there.

More money having only just forked out approximately 10,000. More money for fixing the appliance which is still not good. The problem is I can only eat soft food and am receiving pin due to the appliance rubbing on my tongue.

If I do not hear that they are going to make an effort to. Remedy this situation I would like to participate in a lawsuit with others who have been put through *** such as I have

Not a free consult

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I went to Clear Choice to get a "free consult". After paying $1,000 for xrays to determine if I was a good candidate for implants, I feel their claim of a free consult is misleading.

I have requested an itemized bill for the xrays multiple times, and months later have NOT received it.

I was told by others in the dental field that those xrays would cost $400, yet I paid $1,000!!! I do not trust them after being mislead and overcharged! Please be careful!

I wish I would have walked out before paying $1,000. Very high pressure sales people.

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO.....SOUNDS SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST

I just had my free consultation and it was exactly that, Free. Yes they promoted the products that they offer and they did do a 3D scan for free as advertised.

I was told that the next step would be to pay the $1,000 deposit for the initial visit that would be a 3-4 hour visit with X-Rays, a comprehensive oral exam, etc. They have to put that $1,000 deposit on that appointment to make sure you are serious about moving forward.

Did you have an initial consultation where you met with a member of their sales team? Maybe they pressured you into scheduling the comprehensive examination.

Full Payment in Advance before any appointments

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This organization is a very heavy handed con job and almost mafia-like. They told me I needed to pay a $ 1000 deposit for my first appointment so I did. But when I went for that appointment, they insisted that I had to pay the full price for my entire procedure that would take almost a year. For those not familiar with the process, they embed metal on your jaw and the jaw bone has to grow around around the metal. It takes 6 months for this growth to heal. Then you come back and they screw the post on and the teeth go on top of those screws. The woman I dealt with was very pushy and down right nasty. She behaved like she was collecting a debt instead of selling a service. She stated that I could not proceed with the appointment which I already paid for in advance at the time I made that appointment. She wanted to collect the full price (for me that was $ 12,500). This is before any service has even been rendered. Is this even legal? It is certainly a despicable business practice. Its like they will take your money and sneak out of town. I don't even want to give them my business!!!!

Worst experience ever.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Going to Clear Choice was the worst decision that my wife and I ever made. Clear Choice claimed that due to their 3D X-ray they knew exactly where to put the implants.

However, my wife has very small bones. Only weighs about 100 pounds. In order to "do everything in one day" (bull) instead of building up her bones with a bone implant which would take more than six months, they put some of the implants in at an angle to try to hit more bone. Only trouble is that two of the implants ended up resting on the nerve in her jaw bone!

After numerous visits Dr Adams said he did not know how to help her and said they would refund some of her money, but he never told us what the real problem was. We got some of our money back but had to sign a release meaning we could not go back and sue them again. After going to multiple other dentists, (seven) none of which figured out the problem, we ended up getting numerous expensive dentures that did not work (20 to 30 thousand dollars each) and spending about $100,000 before yet another dentist finally figured out the problem. The worst news is that if they remove the implants she will most likely continue to have the pain due to scar tissue.

To get the implants out they have to use *** saw that is bigger than the diameter of the implant screw threads which might break her jawbone. Which would mean having her jaw wired shut for six months.

Also if they damage the nerve when they remove the implant she may lose sensation in her lips and mouth. After going on for six years of pain 24/7/365, and crying sometimes more than 20 times a day, we find out that the best option is to continue with the pain for the rest of her life!

Waiting for Refund

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My mother put a $1000 deposit down and then decided not to have the procedure done. She passed away on Mar.

2 and I contacted the office to see when the refund she had been waiting for could be expected. After multiple phone messages left, I finally sent an e-mail and got a response. I was told, "oh I thought your mother had decided to go ahead, that's why we stopped the refund process. We will get that going for you right away".

After patiently waiting, no refund has been given. I have sent numerous e-mails and am constantly thanked for my patience and they are sure it is in the process of being refunded. Finally called and spoke with the office manager, Kevin on 5/8/18 and was told all was good and it should be processed by the end of the week. I called the credit card company on 5/19/18 and no credit to the card has been received.

My next call will be to the lawyer.

This is a rip off company and they think I am going to get tired and forget about it but I will not. Do not do business with this company!

25k and Cant eat

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Clear Choice - 25k and Cant eat

I spent 25,000 on bottom implants and upper dentures, after a year of wearing " temporary" implants and dentures, when the final product was inserted, dentures made me *** food would not cut or tear when chewed. After 2 re scheduled visits to correct the problem, Clear Choice doctor sai" We will work with you for an upper set of implants, and maybe we can do it at cost.

I replued, "that would be great." Almost 2 weeks later, Clear Choice called and told me that they would do the upper implanrs for a whopping $1,000. less than the bottom implants...24, 000...thats cost?? I was eating everything when i went there with partials, now, i can only eat soft ffods, and i still cannot wear my dentures.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This place is a BIG SCAM for lots of YOUR hard earned money. Clear Choice could care less, once they have yoyr $$$$.

I had upper n lower 4on1 implants n denture. They look good just don’t feel good.

I’m starting to see my implants thru my jaw. I’m loosing my gum line n lost my lips n smile. I was told they will last me my life time but that was a lie. I feel like for some reason I’m loosing my jaw bone.

I go for cleanings every 6 months that cost $300.00 out of pocket. I try to let them know about my concerns but they tell me it looks fine.

yeah for what they charge the cleanings should be included. When they gave me my mouth guard the dr said don’t lose it cause it’s 500$ to replace. i was like wtf $500 for a couple dollars worth of silicone that’s nothing special.

Paid for, but did not get full set of teeth.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

About 2 years ago my wife went to Clear Choice because she had too much bone loss for mini implants (two dentists said this) She was assured that this was not a problem. They did two bone grafts to correct the problem.

During the process the dentist sold his part of clear choice to another dentist. She went through 3 very painful visits and was assured that she would get a full set of teeth. She received a full upper set of regular dentures, but the lower set that was attached with screws were missing 3 teeth on each side. We complained about this because up front we paid 17K for full set.

They must not think I can count, because they still say we have full set. They would not even start to do the work until we had paid the full amount.

I guess we are screwed because we borrowed the money from NBT paying 10.99% interest. They are not affiliated with Clear Choice, just recommended by them.

Sadly deceived & neglected

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The staff & doctors were nice but the financial assistant lied about the durability of the new teeth and price packages now I'm being asked for an extra $20,000 to fix my teeth that I just had done less than 4 months ago. My teeth broke while eating a cracker.

My choices of food to eat are very limited, I am afraid to eat salad as I don't want to further damage my teeth. It feels like I'm on a diet after I was told that I would have full confidence & would be able to eat most foods. I cry everyday and I have no confidence. I was much happier with my old ugly teeth.

$34,000 down the drain.

I feel completely neglected & ripped off. I wouldn't wish this treatment upon anybody else.

Flabbergasted!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Clear Choice - Flabbergasted!

My final upper all-on-4 arch (even after the surgeon gave me an all-on-6) is awful! Definitely not worth the $30,500 in cash I paid up front.

I have 12 ‘teeth’ which takes up only the front half of my mouth. I don’t have any molars, just an inch of pink gum material in the back. My bite is off and chewing food is awful! They’ve changed the shape of my jaw and now my mouth looks sunken because of the lack of molars which I had at my first visit.

I also had a single implant on my bottom jaw that I never received a temporary for. I expected the look and function of actual teeth. Dr.

Kim told me the final would look like my real teeth with veneers. Omg so far from the truth!

WTF HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS??

Yes, I agree. It’s like a denture plate is stapled to the roof of your mouth.

. After all meals you have to run to the restroom to rinse a full meal from under your Your implanted denture plate.
