Austin Clear Choice.
Had 4implants done by Austin office in 2010. Cost was 10,000+.
Did okay for 5 yrs, but then the 1st one failed. Went in and was told they would replace the implant at no charge, but I questioned the advantage of getting another implant, and declined. Now a 2nd implant has failed, and I can no longer chew on my right side. I was mistakenly under the impression that implants were a PERMANENT solution!
Both failures complete... the implanted structure loosened and fell out. I don't recall being told this was a possibility. Use caution and question the incidence of failures.
I fully expect the two remaining implants to fail, and I will resort to dentures. At 75 years of age, I certainly won't get more implants.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Implants are permanent and wonderful. I have 4 that are between 3 and 13years old.
I am 68.
Each implant requires an extraction, followed by 6 months or so of healing bone. Then, many uppers require a bone graft. Sometimes a sinus lift.
More healing. Not usually the case for lowers. Finally they re-X-ray the area, and if the bone is sufficient, they place the titanium screw and a temporary crown. Back to the dentist for a proper crown.
Whole procedure takes more than a year and costs around $6K per tooth depending on Dentist, Oral surgeon etc. I cannot for the life of me see how all this work can be done in one or two days.
If the bone does not heal properly and or is insufficient it will not support the titanium screw. The notion that this might be a quick procedure means something is not right, IMO.
