February 10, 2016 Better Business Bureau Denver, Colorado To Whom It May Concern, I would like to formally place a complaint against Clear Choice Dental Implant Center at 8200 E. Belleview Ave, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, Dr.

Mark Adams, DDS, MS. My first encounter with them was about 10 years ago. I had several top, front implants done. During that time, they were more than professional and caring.

But now as a patient needing their help, they have left me high and dry. I contacted them on February 6th, letting them know that my implant came out. I called their office and was told that someone would be returning my call within the hour. To this day, no one has bothered to call me back.

I am quite frustrated because they are not caring nor professional. I believe that when I had all this work done, they would continue to support their work. I realize with the time that has passed, that perhaps they do not warranty their previous work any longer, but I indicated that I felt this was an emergency. I originally paid over $16, 000 dollars and would like the common courtesy of a health care office to at least return a call.

Instead, I can no longer refer them to anyone or feel that they deserve any positive mentions of professionalism.

Thank you for the excellent advice. Though I was about to enter into an agreement with Clear Choice, after but minor investigation, I recognize the scam. Clear Choice appears to be anything but a clear choice.

Let me get this right ... you called them on the 6th of this month and you haven't gotten a call back?

Did you keep calling? You say you considered this an emergency so it makes sense that you would call them again. But by reading your complaint it looks like you only called them that one time. You are dealing with a "human" that does make mistakes, like screwing up and not giving the doctor a message that you called.

Or it could have been an error by the doctor ... who knows.

Call them again! I sure wouldn't have waited more than 1 day before I would have called them again.
