Plain and simple, they do not stand behind what they say they will do! They do not answer the on call emergency line.

I have documented at least 25 phone calls to the local office, the corporate office, and the emergency line. They have called back, but when they feel like it. Over 3 consecutive days of calling in medication for pain after the minimum of 6 hour wait time. One person tells you that you will need to come pick up a prescription, and then 6 hours later you are told something was called in.

Obvious that they do not know what they are doing.

Say they will take care of their patients by coming into office if needed. Never once offered, and even requested.

Reason of review: No emergency on call, discrimination, no pain relief.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: I want to make sure this does not happen to another person, and i want Clear Choice to be held accountable for their actions. .

I didn't like: Liars and uneducated medical staff.
