as someone mentioned before they treat you like a celebrity until they get your money notice that none of them at the office have the same procedure done do not at any cost let them pull your teeth do what you can to save your teeth your facial profile will change you will look very much older I have pictures to prove this if you would like to contact me feel free to do so and I will show you what you will be paying for do not I repeat do not fall victim to this company it is a scam I regret not doing my homework and I regret listening to someone that was not able to provide me other patients real pictures not professional pictures that can be photo shop or contact information for them I regret it everyday I cry when I look in the mirror. I get depressed.

I am very remorseful for this decision do not make the same mistake that i did. they put pretty teeth in your mouth but they do not fit your face. your face will sag and you will age tremendously.the value of what I have lost can never be replaced. I was doing this so that I would have no worries with my teeth anymore and now I worry more now than I ever did in my lifeplease at all cost do your homework before making a decision like this that's all I ask.

they claim to have 3 D technology but everything that is being done by man not a 3D anything. So ask for photos of what you will look like ask for references of happy clients don't fall victim to the save 1000 dollars off if you sign up right now scheme I found out later that someone paid 37,000 for the same procedure that I paid 50,000 for. run as fast as you can a way from this company.

work on your mouth tooth by tooth. if not you will deal with the same nightmare as I do because after having this procedure done you do not have the alternative to go to traditional dentures ...yes they got your mouth and file down all of your gum that's why your face will sag because you have been stripped from the gum that help to structure your face ~God bless, and if there is a dentist out there reading this that can help clients that have fallen victim to this company please leave your information on this site to be contacted I need an alternative I can't live the rest of my life like this

This treatment was represented to me as a permanent, durable solution. It has failed repeatedly and fundamentally.
From 2022 through 2025, I experienced ongoing fractures of my temporary prosthetics, always in the exact same location.

These failures occurred despite my repeated reporting of the issue and compliance with dietary instructions, including maintaining a soft-food diet for an extended period. Rather than investigating and correcting the underlying cause, staff repeatedly attributed the failures to my behavior.
ClearChoice made multiple attempts to repair and replace the temporary prosthetics, including taking new molds. Each replacement fractured faster than the previous one, again in the same location. This pattern clearly indicated an unresolved mechanical or occlusal issue that was never properly diagnosed or corrected.
Immediately prior to ordering my final prosthetics, I was asked to sign a document acknowledging approval of the design and appearance.

This occurred after years of failed temporaries and under significant emotional pressure, including assurances tied to my daughters senior walk. That acknowledgment pertained only to appearance and does not constitute acceptance of defective function, improper bite alignment, or repeated structural failure. Additionally, the final prosthetics did not match the approved temporaries and were esthetically unacceptable.
In May 2025, I was placed into my final zirconia lower full-arch prosthesis.

Within approximately seven months, the final prosthetic fractured in the identical location as every prior temporary failure. An independent dentist has since advised that repeated fractures in the same location strongly indicate a bite, alignment, or occlusal load defect that should have been identified and corrected prior to final placement.
Further compounding this issue:
- Providers involved in my original treatment plan left after full payment was collected
- Subsequent providers failed to provide consistent follow-up or corrective care
- I was subjected to dismissive and judgmental treatment rather than patient-centered problem-solving
- I did not receive adequate occlusal verification or follow-up adjustments after final placement
- I was instructed to retain broken temporary prosthetics, suggesting awareness of ongoing failure
Let this be your reminder that your investment is for them not you.

***If 20 or more patients or victims ban together and sue - its considered a class action lawsuit and will receive more priority in the legal system.*** I am a current 'patient' with Clear Choice (Dallas) and received a warm welcome when I first started my journey replacing my upper teeth about a year ago. I should have known this was a bad financial decision (which has caused physical harm on my quality of life) when I was woken up out of anesthesia during my procedure "4" times and left ALONE while I was under?!

Then to have bite marks on my left hand which caused blood & bite marks on my body?! Who was watching me while I was under anesthesia?! Now, add that I am struggling with memory issues at age 40!? I have paid over $20K CASH (out of my savings) to Clear Choice and struggle with unknown sharps of pains in my gums, poor workmanship as my left molar has since broken off as I was eating a Flintstone vitamin?!

And so forth as others have reported. Then they still want another $7K to complete the set?! No way!! I have been calling for over a month and the primary doctor who treated me is relocated to San Antonio (over 6 hours away).

I have an appointment next week with the principal doctor; however, the office has been hammering for the additional cash when I have been so unhappy?! The expectations were not clear and I really was not educated on what to and what not to expect from this process but it has not been a good experience and we are currently considering our legal options. During my research, I have found this website and reviewed the other patients' feedback and see a lot of similar poor business practices that have impacted my poor experience and left me in this horrible, uncomfortable and broke (literally) circumstance. Getting dental implants was my worst decision. The surgical room was not as clean as I expected, and there was an old gown left on the chair.

After the procedure, my smile and pronunciation did not improve as promised.

I experienced gum issues on both the left and right upper sides that required multiple adjustments, and I was told this was normal and that I should not smile widely.

Instead of clear solutions, I was questioned about my food choices and hygiene. One staff member spoke to me in a disrespectful and raised tone, blaming me for the issue despite my careful oral care.

Overall, it was a disappointing and stressful experience.

They (Clear Choice) recommended I get my upper and lower teeth extracted and replaced with new white gorgeous teeth.v they failed to mention since they were pulling the teeth out there would be known sensation with the false teeth, no nerves and I was told that my last visit "the nerves will become functional again" ? Huh that doesn't make sense and cannot happen because there is no root!

Turns out it's a set of dentures, and they don't even fit my mouth!! They are sloppy, and prior to visiting them I did not have a problem eating, chewing, tasting, biting my lips and the inside of my jaws daily, food being stuck between my lip and gums. When I eat I have to cover my mouth because food may fall out, and sometimes I drool. My life has changed ever since the surgery because of the difficulty eating, the structure of my face was changed, my speech is affected, now speaking with a lisp, severe biting of my lips!

Painful to eat I lost a lot of weight, and I have aged 5 years since May of 2025. I took 45,000 of my life savings, to improve my smile, having white teeth! This has done nothing but cause depression, anxiety, weight loss, and I have a sagging face. I trusted the dental medical professional, this was just a marketing scheme to get my money and is something that cannot be undone!!

I need to find someone to fix what clear choice did to me. I did discuss this with them and they said if I went somewhere else they could give me a partial refund...

Clear Choice took advantage of me and changed my life, not for the better!! I want a full refund Plus more because this changed my entire life, again not for the better.

I did the 4 on 4 implants at clear choice in *** mass back in 2022. It cost over 40,000 and was promised the world.

I have had nothing but issues with them and have gone back several times with no results. I have had several appts cancelled by them especially when I want to meet with the the implant manager.. I do not recommend going here. And also do your research before spending that money.

I have a nice smile but behind it l have several unresolved issues. I have several gaps which people can't see butI see them and suffer the discomfort.. The girls who have cleaned my teeth are nice.

I had a jan 7 appt they cancelled and just cancelled a feb 2026 appt. So beware before you go there..
