False advertising

Had my consultation at clear choice in Riverside CA in June 2021. David was my go to guy there. I needed help bad because my missing teeth all over my mouth. Long story short. They needed the money up front. They quoted me 51,000 and a deposit of 6000 that day. I had no clue it was going to cost me this much. I'm at the point of giving up and just staying like this until I expire because of this price of implants. So they never got back to me with other options. They basically just said NOPE you don't have the money so there's nothing we can help you with. Mind you, I live in Lancaster CA. I drove all the way to Riverside CA just to get shot down. Boo for clear choice.

User's recommendation: No don't go to any of these facilities.

Very poor quality

12 times my wife's implants have cracked or broke and several other trips to Clear Choice for fittings. All in 2 years. Their office is 50 miles away from my home. Also, countless days of missed work and lost wages. Looking to join class action. Very dissatisfied.

User's recommendation: Too expensive and not as advertised.

Share cost

Sharing cost, the quote given to me for full mouth restoration was $69,000. I cried almost the full 2.5 hour trip home, knowing that there was no possible way I could, or even would pay that amount. Now I looking at partials again, disappointed an discouraged

User's recommendation: Save up lots of $ if u choose Clearchoice.

Fraudulent con men

they took my $50+k then found every excuse to not do the implants. They didn't actually have any oral surgeons on staff, so that caused a delay, then I waited weeks for an appointment only for them to call and try to say I needed blood work from a PCP before they would continue. They've had my $53,000 since August, and I still haven't gotten an appointment for my surgery.

They put me to sleep and went downstairs to make the mold and placed them in, I started to cry and said I didnt want dentures. The plastic was on the upper and lower roof of my mouth, they said they had to because I didnt have strong bone. When they had just removed 8 implants that I originally had in. I was so adenine about what I wanted. I have such anxiety I sometimes take Zambezi because I cant breath

User's recommendation: Do not waste your time when you can get dentures the only difference is they screw them in.

They were so dishonest what was shown to you was not what you have when you put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and feel the plastic

I never expected regular dentures with 2 screws holding them on and the plastic on upper and lower mouth

Update

Well, went to a more advanced, educated, and experienced implant specialist yesterday, 09/10/21, and was told that it would cost $14,000 to fix all the errors made by Clear Choice just on the upper. This just adds more insult to injury.

User's recommendation: RUN, DON'T WALK as far away as you can get.

Bot as advertised

My wife and I bought upper and lower implants. They were acrylic attached to a metal bar. It cost us $40,000. In a little more than 3 yrs we have had to return to Clear Choice a dozen times for repairs. They just talked my wife into upgrading to Zirconia implants at a cost of an additional $12,000. This doesn't begin to to address all the repair time, trouble, cost and missed work. I would be more than happy to join a class action lawsuit. What a racket!

User's recommendation: Would not recommend.

Frustrated with fort mill sc office and staff and problems with implants

Oh 3 weeks 3 teeth have broken 1 at a time 2 in front and the staff does not think this is important Scheduled to fix 2 weeks out, failing to provide call backs and tell me about a new product for additional cost They dont want to fix the broken teeth Which I believe are due to poor fitting and bottom teeth pressing behind top teeth

User's recommendation: Run.

IMPLANTS FIASCO

Original review updated by user Sep 03, 2021
Clear Choice in Rocklin CA perforated my sinus with an implant. I had to undergo surgery to clear a bacterial infection, but that did not fix the perforated sinus. I have to live with postnasal drip for the rest of my life. The saddest part is that the surgeon at clear choice, doctor Forde, refused to take any responsibility and did not return my calls. $20000 for a perforated sinus. His assistant returned by call only when I said I was going to call the board of director at Clear Choice. But basically no one cares.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Clear Choice Rocklin CA. You get teeth the same day. For 6 months for the final teeth. Which is about the same time I started having problems.

A very Bad Decision

Several problems with the lower all on 4 right side Molar broke off and was repaired several times.. Finally they just rounded it off and didn't reattach.. Left side now has 3 teeth that have cracked all the way through and are just floating on the implant.. $15,000 so far and thats all the money I will ever spend at Clear Choice.. Totally disappointed .. nothing positive from me..

Bad service

I went there for the G4 implant consultation. One of my crown fail off suddenly during the consultation. I spend 3 hours there no time to go to a different dentist to put back my crown, they refuse to glue it back with a reason that is not possible to be glued back, and it better to have my implant surgery asap. I was thinking to have my implants there, but after they refuse and lied to me, *** no! I had to look for a dentist last minute to put my crown back and it was so easy to glue it back. Conclusion how can i trust someone lied to me?.

User's recommendation: Avoid clear choice.

Defective implants

My wife had dentures and was worried about bone loss in her jaws. We also received a warm and fuzzy welcome from their finance department. We were promised that the $40,000 we would spend would be well worth it and save us trips to have her dentures repaired. Her permanent implants were installed early 2018. Eleven time since then we have been back to Clear Choice (a 40 mile trek one-way)for repairs. My wife has missed a lot of work because of this. Basically she has a mouth full of peices glued together. Their recommendation is to get upgraded implants at a cost of $15000. I am very dissatisfied and would join a class action lawsuit in a heartbeat! .

Brother, it my form belief that those people purposely installed inferior teeth in order to upsell later. Let me guess, the teeth that keep breaking are the top front. Am I right?
