I was on the phone for 25 minutes and got nothing but run around.

Still don't have a service ID number. He said I owe $39.00 but I paid 30 on 3-27-24.

CLEARCHOICE SENT ME MANY ADS TELLING ME THAT I CAN GET FULL MOUTH DENTAL IMPLANTS FOR FREE THROUGH A GOVERNMENT GRANT!! I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT AND RECEIVED MY WELCOME BOOKLET WITH A PRE APPROVED CREDIT CARD FOR $1,000.00 TO COVER ANY INCIDENTALS THAT THE GRANT WOULDNT COVER.. I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT TO GET MY FREE IMPLANTS AND THEY LAUGHED AT ME, TOLD ME I CAN FINANCE THEM AND WHEN I SAID THAT I AM ON DISABILITY AND CANNOT AFFORD THEM THEY HUNG UP ON ME- TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!

PLEASE HELP ME EXPOSE THESE PREDATORS!!

We had two spots scheduled for consultation. They cancelled both appointments.

The 2nd one they waited until we arrived. I would not recommend this for this is poor business

My husband inquired about implants. He was told he has an an ess in his molar which would have to be removed.

They call many many times after the consultation to harrass you into a decision. The 28000 is expected to be paid up front before any work is complete. My husband gave the 28000, and after 3 days he changed his mind. The cancellation was NEVER explained to him.

There was a cancellation page with signatures on the back of the paperwork that was nit signed by the dentist or by my husband which they admitted but still kept 1000.00 . Read all reviews before signing, they are crooks.

I went to I went to Clear choice. My bill is $58,000.

Please let me know if Im getting into something that Im gonna regret. I have 4 teeth on top on top of 7 on the bottom.

Work is still not done more than 6 months but every month Im making payments. Has anyone ever asked for a refund if so who do you contact? I go to the clear choice in Long Island city NY

I even asked to go to another facility and they claim I cant.

Have pain ,throbbing in implant area,office in pic closed till Aug 28,need refund to complete work properly somewhere else,they have appts 2 months apart,once they get your money ,they ignore you,dr.lorenzo,did not offer any emergency support or meds,the take advantage of seniorspaid upfront over 23,000 ,they do not answer phone or email,please help

C.f. wants to send part of the refund now,the second part,ar a later date,I am reluctant to sign,may not get the 2nd payment

I went to go have a appointment with clear choice and what they dont tell you before your appointment is that they dont deal with any dental insurance companies and if you dont have decent credit you cant qualify for the financing that they offer so really its not affordable to people who cant afford dental insurance or 17,000 dollars or more to pay for their teeth to be done

The company turned off the phone because I changed to another provider and had the number they issued. Petty and vindictive after 8 to 10 calls to clear choice and my new provider I still have no phone.

I am now without most of my upper prosthesis and went for the upteenth time for a repair. In less than 24 hours my prosthesis broke and was taken out with my mouth guard.

I called the next day on Friday and the more broke on Saturday. So called again and was told that she would forward my concern because there was nothing that could be done for me now.

She will try her best to get me in soon. How is this even humane???

I got my implants in 2015 and have had my front teeth break 3 times at a cost of $150 per tooth. I was told the last time that they will continue to break because of the materials they use.

This was not ever told to me! Also, loosing your 4 front is not considered an emergency to them and you will have to wait a week to get an appointment. They also no longer offer cleaning services.

I found another dentist who informed me that he has so many patients from Clear Choice that he has fixed. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

UNSATISFACTORY JOB, VERY EXPENSIVE AND NO ONE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS NO PROSTHODONTIST FOLLOW UP, TOP ARCH REPLACEMENT (WAS NOT NECESSARY) IS NOT AS PROMISED, REQUIRES A FOLLOW-UP CHECK, SEEMS TO BE GETTING SLIGHT LOOSE. FOOD GETS STUCK ALL OVER.

NOT IN SYNC WITH THE BOTTOM ARCH. IMPRESSIONS WERE NOT OF THE CORRECT FORM.
